On the property live Paloma and, and their small herd — each with a different character, all gentle. Paloma is the quiet matriarch, wise-eyed and calm. Legolas, curious and kind, often comes to the fence first. Guests can watch them at sunrise from the terrace — steam rising from their backs — or walk over and simply stand at the fence. No need to talk. Just presence. Riding is not offered here, but the interaction is real: a horse’s nose reaching toward your hand, a long blink, a shared silence. That stays with you longer than any ride.

Horse rides are not available on the property. Instead, we offer something rarer: unhurried presence. You can approach the horses at the fence any quiet morning, feed them a carrot from a flat palm (under our guidance), or just lean on the wood and watch them graze. The connection happens without a saddle — eye to eye, breath to breath. For many guests, that is more powerful than a guided tour. If you wish to ride, we can recommend trusted local stables nearby. But here, the horses teach patience, not speed.
